User Account Deletion Process

 At Doctor of Choice, we respect your privacy and understand that circumstances may lead you to delete your account. If you wish to permanently delete your account and all associated data, please follow these steps:

1. Send an Email Request: Email us at mkhanluqman@gmail.com from the email address associated with your Doctor of Choice account. This ensures that the request is authentic.

2. If Using a Different Email Address:

   • If you are sending the deletion request from an email account other than the one linked with your Doctor of Choice account, please mention the account email address you want to delete.
   • For security verification, kindly include your account password as well. This helps us confirm you are the rightful owner of the account.

3. Optional Feedback: We would appreciate it if you could share the reason for your account deletion. Your feedback is valuable as we strive to improve our services. However, providing a reason is optional.

Once we receive your request, we will process the deletion within 24 hours, permanently removing all personal information, including your name, phone number, and college details.
